What do I do if I forget my PIN number for TellerPhone or ATM?
You must come into a branch and see a Customer Service Representative to reset your PIN.

What do I do if I lose my ATM/Debit card?
Immediately call Southern Community Bank Customer Service at 770-461-4365 or toll-free 1-800-500-1044 to disable the card. A Customer Service Representative at any of our full service branches can order a new card for you.

What do I do if I lose my checkbook or it is stolen?
Immediately call Southern Community Bank Customer Service at 770-461-4365 to place stop payments on the stolen or lost checks. Then, contact any Customer Service Representative to discuss further options for your account if a stop payment is not sufficient.

I have signed up for Internet Banking / Bill Pay but I cannot access my account?

  • Wait 24 hours after initial enrollment to attempt to view your account information.
  • You have exceeded the allowed login attempts and might be locked out. Please contact the Internet Banking Department for assistance.
