Should you choose the $10,000 AD&D your monthly maintenance fee would be $5, or $6.50 if you choose $20,000. If you are a member of our Community Club your monthly maintenance fee would be $4 for $10,000 or $5.50 for $20,000 of insurance. $50 minimum opening deposit required.
